Supported Missions

SeaDAS supports the following missions at one of three levels of service described below the list.

General Image Visualization, Image Processing and Analysis Support (IP) - SeaDAS can read the file in a generic format and perform basic image-related operations such as visualization, cropping, masking, geographic mapping, file aggregation, band creation using mathematical equations, band filtering, and statistical analysis.

NASA Ocean Color Science Data Processing Support (DP) - SeaDAS Ocean Color Science Software (OCSSW) can read the file in a science-specific data format and can process the file through the various official NASA Ocean Color science data file levels.

Full Support (FS) - SeaDAS supports both "General Visualization, Processing and Analysis Support" and "NASA Ocean Color Science Data Processing Support.
