This PACE-OCI Level-1B product reader is for the L1B data of the OCI (Ocean Color Instrument) [https://pace.oceansciences.org] instrument which will operate on the PACE (Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, ocean Ecosystem) spacecraft. The files are in the NetCDF4 format.
