L2 Flags Display Widget

Description:  The  L2 Flags Display Widget provides the capabilities of displaying L2 flags overlay on top of other SeaWiFS or OCTS  or MODIS L1 and L2 products, turning the flags display on and off, and generating blotches on the displayed flags pixels.  This widget can be initiated by selecting Functions -> L2 Flags Display in the Main Widget.  Note that the flags array from the SeaWiFS, OCTS, or MODIS L2 file has to be loaded into the band memory and the L1 or L2 image to be applied by the flags has to be displayed first before you can perform this function.

Input/output items:
Band number of the flag array loaded The band number list in the Band List Selection Widget that contains the loaded SeaWiFS, OCTS, or MODIS L2 flags array.
Display window for flag to be applied The display window number to apply the flags to.
One Flag The index number of the flag to be displayed when the Load One Flag button is pressed or Load One Flag is selected from the pull down menu button Flag Function Menu.  The index number of this field will also be updated when any of the flag toggle buttons is pressed.
Multiple Flags The index numbers of the flags to be displayed when the Load Multiple Flags button is pressed or the Load Multiple Flags is selected from the pull down menu button Flag Function Menu.  The list will be updated, either the index number is removed from the list or added in the beginning of the list, each time a toggle button of the flags is pressed.  The order (from left to right) of the list decides the priority (low to high) of the flags to be displayed if multiple flags apply to the same pixel.
Flag type To specify the flag array selected in the Band number of the flag array loaded field to be one of the following: SeaWiFS L2 flag, OCTS L2 flags, Modis L2 flags, Modis L2A flags, Modis L2B flags, Modis 28 L2 flags, or Modis common flags. The list of flags will be updated when the flag type is changed.
Color to mark flags as blotches The color to be applied for assigning flag pixels to blotches when the Make blotches on flags option is selected from the Flag Function Menu.
