SEADISP Scatter Plot Widget

Description:  The SEADISP Scatter Plot Widget provides the capability of generating a scatterplot for areas of two images that are loaded into the band memory.  The areas may be the full image or blotched areas.  Ranges of data values in corresponding raw or geophysical units may be used to restrict the pixels for the plot.  Histograms may also be requested and will appear at the top and to the right of the scattergram.  The SEADISP Scatter Plot Widget can be activated by selecting Functions->Scatter Plot in the Main Widget.

Input items:
Frame buffer selection for image The toggle button to decide that either the Image 1 or Image 2 field will be the target for the next selection from the Selection List field.  This button will be switched automatically when a selection is made.
Selection List The list of the bands currently loaded into memory.  Clicking on a band in this list adds the band to either the Image 1 or Image 2 field based on the toggle button of the Frame buffer selection for image field.
Image 1 (X-Axis) The first image selected from the band memory to be used as the X-axis for the scatterplot.

Data source Toggle button to decide if the raw or geophysical data of the selected band is to be applied for the scatterplot.
Data range The minimum and the maximum value of the selected band to be applied for the scatterplot.  Only pixels with data values inside the range will be used for the scatterplot or histogram plot.  Note that this range will not affect the range to be used for the X-axis since the X-axis range is set separately.
X-Axis range The minimum and the maximum values of the X-axis.
Display histogram Toggle button to decide if the histogram plot of the selected band is to be displayed on top of the scatterplot.
Display grid Toggle button to decide if the vertical grid lines are to be displayed on top of the scatterplot.
Image 2 (Y-Axis) The second image selected from the band memory to be used as the Y-axis for the scatterplot.

Note that this range will not affect the range to be used for the Y-axis since the Y-axis range is set separately.
Y-Axis range The minimum and the maximum values of the Y-axis.
Display histogram Toggle button to decide if the histogram plot of the seleceted band is to be displayed on right of the scatterplot.
Display grid Toggle button to decide if the horizontal grid lines are to be displayed on top of the scatterplot.
Plot color The color to be used for generating the scatterplot.
Area applied Toggle button to decide whether the full image or only the blotched areas are to be applied for the scatterplot.  If the blotched areas is selected, you also need to select the display window that has the blotched areas defined and the color for the blotched areas.
Display window for blotched area The index number of the displayed window that has the blotched areas defined to be applied for the scatterplot.
Blotch color The color of the blotched areas in the selected displayed window to be applied for the scatterplot.

Action items:
Update Update the current Selection List with any bands that have been added or deleted.
Quit Close the SEADISP Scatter Plot Widget.
More Setup Open the General Graphics Setup Widget default setups for the scatterplot.
Go Generate the scatterplot and display the results on a new window widget.
